1. Service

AKA provides barrier-free tourism information for Korea, including search, maps, route planning, community reviews, and an AI assistant.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

Accessibility information comes from public tourism data, AI structuring, and community contributions. It MAY differ from actual on-site conditions. Always confirm critical accessibility needs directly with the venue before you travel. AKA is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. User content

You are responsible for reviews and contributions you submit. You grant AKA a license to display and moderate them. We may edit or remove content that is false, unlawful, or violates others’ rights.

4. Prohibited use

No false accessibility reports, no infringement of others’ rights, no automated scraping or abuse.

5. Accounts

Sign-in is provided via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

Tourism content is sourced from the Korea Tourism Organization (TourAPI) and other providers, subject to their terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKA is not liable for damages arising from reliance on the information provided or from your travel.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

9. Changes
